Additional Information

Fish roe: masago & tobikko are gluten free

Sushi vinegar is made with rice vinegar, salt, sugar, and konbu. Our sushi rice is gluten free.

We have imitation crab sticks that are gluten free to use in California rolls. Real snow crab is also available.

Miso soup: we use Marukome White Miso (water, soybeans, rice, salt, ethanol) and Hondashi to supplement the broth. 

At this time, we are unable to prepare gluten free teriyaki sauce and tosazu (for sunomono) without advanced reservation.
