Sushi vinegar is made with rice vinegar, salt, sugar, and konbu. Our sushi rice is gluten free. |
We have imitation crab sticks that are gluten free to use in California rolls. Real snow crab is also available. |
Miso soup: we use Marukome White Miso (water, soybeans, rice, salt, ethanol) and Hondashi to supplement the broth. |
At this time, we are unable to prepare gluten free teriyaki sauce and tosazu (for sunomono) without advanced reservation. |
